Protesters who occupy secretariat of Culture do act in the Olido
SÃO PAULO, SP (FOLHAPRESS) - Protesters who have been holding since Wednesday afternoon (31) the SMC (Municipal Secretary of Culture) began an act at 2:00 p.m. on this Thursday (1st) asking for the departure of Secretary André Sturm. It is the fourth protest at the headquarters of the portfolio since he took office in January.

According the police, above the 120 people are in front of Gallery Olido, headquarters of SMC. Participants say that more than 200 people in the act calling for the resignation of the secretary, the thawing of $ 100 million for public policies programs of activities purposes and a civil society commission along with public officials that will monitor and implement the plan of municipal culture.

"It was a night of a lot of dialogue. Today's conversation with Milton Flavio was to reaffirm our points," says Alessandro Azevedo, a member of the FUC (Single Front of Culture).

According to the president of Cooperativa Paulista de Teatro, Rudifran Pompeu, during the Haddad administration "despite the clashes, it was always possible to talk." For Pompey, the secretary's biggest problem, besides the lack of dialogue, is the "lie." "He lied, he had to barricade rricade during the occupation, the government itself denied it."

Among the claims, Helena Bastos, from the group Noir Music, highlights the changes in the edict of promotion to dance. According to her, the biggest problem was its decharacterization that "before the artist was not dependent on the incentive law, like the Rouanet, and had possibility of continuation of the project"

My opinion

The secretary can not be lying as well because he has to be honest and admit the mistakes.
But the people have to open up to hear outside protests like this band
